Coleus in this group are red or predominantly red. Red can be a complicated color in coleus, depending on the amount of blue or yellow in the leaf. It can range from nearly brown to nearly orange to nearly pink to nearly purple, and many are blends of all of them. What constitutes a "true" red is relative to the perception of the viewer, so we do our best to photograph and describe each coleus. Leaf color is subject to sun exposure, day length, fertilization, etc. and individual results may vary.
